By downloading or using TeleSnap, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence

TeleSnap grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

Your content

Scripts and recordings you create with TeleSnap are yours. We claim no ownership of them and have no access to them. You are responsible for the content you write and record, and for having the rights to any material you read from the app.

TeleSnap Pro subscription

• TeleSnap Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you purchase, and are charged to your Apple Account at confirmation.
• The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. The app links to this screen directly.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service, not by us.
• Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Availability and accuracy

TeleSnap follows your speech using Apple’s speech recognition. Recognition accuracy varies with language, accent, microphone, and background noise, and the app may lose your place or fail to follow you. TeleSnap is provided for use as a reading aid and is not warranted to be accurate or uninterrupted. Do not rely on it as the sole safeguard in a live broadcast, or in any situation where a failure to track would cause loss.

Disclaimer and liability

TeleSnap is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost recordings, lost work, or missed performances. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
